We do not except returns or exchanges.
PROCESS & PRODUCTION TIME
We take pride in crafting each piece by hand and made-to-order just for you. As a small business, please allow us up to 3 to 5 business days to process and produce your order. Please note that production time may increase during new collection releases. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship it to you via USPS First Class mail or the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule and the destination country's customs clearance process.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at themeganrenecollection@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling or delivery errors.
Jewelry Warranty Coverage:
We provide a 30-day warranty on all our jewelry items from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the following:
1. Damage: We will replace any jewelry item that arrives in a damaged condition, subject to verification by our team. If the damage occurs during shipping in transit and you have purchased Route insurance for your order, you will need to open a claim with Route to seek assistance in resolving the issue.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
1. Notification: To claim the warranty, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer support team at themeganrenecollection@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. Return of the Item: In certain cases, we may require you to return the damaged item to us. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
4. Replacement: In case the exact jewelry piece is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative item of equal value or discount on a future purchase.
5. Shipping: If a replacement is required, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.
